This beautifully designed northern side of the duplex offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, accommodating up to 19 guests (with a maximum of 14 adults and 6 kids). With 7 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, this home is ideal for large family gatherings or group vacations. Enjoy the tranquility of three covered porches and a private, fenced-in saltwater pool that can be heated for your enjoyment.

Our work family stayed at the Lazy Loon recently and could not have been more pleased with this home. There were 10 of us and there was ample space for everyone, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to meet all of our needs. The house was clean, close to the beach and had three separate balconies. The view is one of the best I have ever seen from a second row unit.
We would, without a doubt, highly recommend you stay at the Lazy Loon on your next trip to Surfside Beach.,

Our group had a wonderful stay in the Lazy Loon. It was the perfect accommodation for our large group and in such a beautiful location. Kathy and Steve were very easy to communicate with and assisted with anything we needed. The house came with a large variety of amenities, anything a group could possibly need while staying. Two refrigerators were perfect for all of the food and beverage storage. Multiple washers and dryers were very helpful. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and the dining room/living area provided plenty of space for a group to gather. The outside pool area was perfect for hanging out with friends, grilling a few meals and just relaxing in the sun. Having coffee on the patio while enjoying the ocean view was the perfect start to each morning. We look forward to staying again in the future.

The house was nice, close to beach and pier. It was clean. Kitchen well equipped. The multiple bedrooms with their own baths made it convenient for our large group of 15. We all loved the pool. Only minor issues and they were resolved quickly by property manager. Owners communicated well and responded to questions quickly. We would recommend and stay again.

We traveled with family and friends and the house was perfect for all of us ! Easy walk to the night life for the young adults, easy access to the beach for the toddlers and great views for us old folks ! Can we talk about the bathroom facilities at the beach access !!! Game changer ❤️❤️❤️ The house was very clean and had every little extra that we didn’t know we needed. Great experience to close out the summer.
