Location and home were great! Seabrook Island is a wonderful location for a family vacation. I love that there are kid and adult pools. There are different things to do like restaurants, horses, and maybe just a beach day. Either way the kids get their energy out and one can still relax. There is also a Harris teeter near so you can get the things needed. Charleston is also just a drive away and it’s a fun city to visit. The house was very clean and perfect for our family. The rooms were very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. The house has towels, dishwasher, washer and dryer available, everything you need for the family. The parking was private and very convenient. There is also a back screened porch which was nice because you didn’t have to worry about the critters. Having the amenity card available was great because it gives you access to all the pools and areas (remember to plan ahead of time to get the cards, since one has to request them via email or in person but it takes them time to give them to you. They will send you all the information ahead of time but look at everything before you arrive). Overall it was a great home and we appreciate you allowing us to stay! We will definitely visit again!

Perfect villa- just as pictured! We had everything we needed as it was well supplied with linens/towels, kitchen supplies, toiletries. Beautiful tucked away location on golf course lots of privacy. We loved it.

We liked: the large king bed was comfortable and slept well. The location was great! The noise level from neighbors was minimal. The blackout curtains were nice! The A/C was cool. The porch was a bonus.The grill was a nice touch. The water pressure was great.
We did Not Like: the screen on the porch was busted, which meant mosquitoes, meaning we were unable to use it. The twin beds were low quality, and not comfortable at all. The structure shakes when the washing machine, dryer, A/C, or dish washer are running. We thought it was an earthquake, before we realized it was the appliances. The A/C unit is extremely loud (jet like) and it too shakes the structure. The burner on the front, right, burner and the oven are both difficult to gauge and we ended up burning several items before we figured it out. There was no broom to sweep up sand from the floors. The flooring was either cheap flooring or poorly installed, you can feel the corners while walking. The owner needs a locking mechanism for the trash can, trash panda's visited every night. I would say that in the 15 years we have visited this was below our average experience.
The place was okay, but over priced.
