Wonderful end unit with beautiful wooded setting and views of the 8th hole of Ocean Winds golf course. Located .8 miles to Pelican Beach and 1.2 miles to the Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest oceanfront outdoor dining, clubhouse, and golf courses. Hop on a bike and tour the island.

This villa has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows that allow natural light to brighten the rooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to whip up a delicious low country meal. There is a full size stacked washer and dryer available for your convenience as well. Ceiling fans in the living room, sun room and both bedrooms provide added comfort if desired. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with table and seating for 6.

The spacious living room features a 55" HDTV with cable, and DVD. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room area to the spacious sunroom that is the perfect place to read a book, play games or just enjoy a meal around the table with seating for 4. There is also a daybed in the sun room with a trundle bed for additional sleeping accommodations.

The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath. Sliding glass doors lead to the sun room. Enjoy watching your favorite shows on the 33" HDTV. The master bath has a single vanity with marble counter top and a tub/shower combination. Just down the hall is the guest bedroom with a queen bed and hall access bath.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

No animals allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
f you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
