About this cottage rental

532 Tarpon Pond. Located on a quiet side street with great views of the Lagoon and Golf Course. Come and let your vacation memories begin!

Head up the steps to the front porch. A bistro table with attached Adirondack chairs is the perfect spot to begin your day, sipping coffee. Enter the front door and be impressed with the open floor plan, vinyl plank flooring throughout. The great room has a kitchen, dining and seating area. The kitchen features Bosch stainless steel appliances, quartz counters and custom cabinetry. The cabinets have frosted glass fronts, soft touch pull-out drawers, and Lazy Susan. The French drawer refrigerator has an automatic ice maker. There is an oven, built-in microwave and Cuisinart toaster oven. Make vacation meals atop the induction cook-top. The round dining table comfortably seats six. A perfect spot for the family to enjoy meal time. The living area has a intimate seating area with loveseat and two swivel chairs. A 50" Smart TV allows you to stream in your Netflix account. Off the living area is the expansive sunroom. Surrounded by three walls of windows, this room is a relaxing oasis. Watch the beauty of Seabrook Island from the comforts of your cottage. A large sectional sofa and ding table for six complete this space. A door leads out to the grilling deck and back stairs.

The first floor of the cottage has two bedrooms, each with en-suite baths. The master suite sits off one side of the great room. This bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan and 50" Smart TV. Sliders lead out to the grilling deck, a gas grill is available for your use. The master bath has a large walk-in shower with rain head faucet. A guest en-suite is situated off the dining area, on the opposite side of the cottage. The bedroom has a queen bed and a 32" TV. Completing the suite is an amazing bath: garden tub, large shower, and quartz vanity. The laundry room is also here with its full size washer & dryer, along with abundant storage. Head up the spiral staircase in the great room and find the loft. A twin bed with trundle and the half bath make for a unique retreat space. Note the loft is open the the great room below.

The carport, under the cottage has a ping-pong table for some competitive beach fun! An out door shower to was away the beach sand is found here. A bistro table and chairs are the perfect viewing spot for ping-pong or catching a glimpse of the golfers and wildlife of the island.

1 dog is invited to travel with you with required additional fees to apply.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE with this rental.
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Once you purchase & arrange access through the Seabrook Island Club Amenity Office via the link we provide, your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Included after SIC Amenity access is purchased & set up: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra after Amenity access is purchased & set up : Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA). Lake House Only access can also be set up for this property, if the renter does not want to purchase SIC Amenity Access via the link we provide.

We absolutely loved our stay at 532 Tarpon Pond. The cottage was recently renovated with an upscale feel throughout—clean, stylish, and comfortable. The beds were fantastic and made it easy to relax after a day out. Renting here was a breeze from start to finish. We genuinely enjoyed everything about this place and will definitely be back!

This property was exactly how it looked online and more! The kitchen and bathrooms were amazing. Perfect location in a quiet, private neighborhood. We will definitely be back to stay!

We stayed over a long weekend and loved every minute of it. Well appointed, comfortable, great views and great island location. We enjoyed bike rides, walks on the beach, and the Seabrook amenities which are included. The Pelican’s Nest was especially nice in the late afternoon, evenings. We brought our dog which was a great bonus as well. An amazing Seabrook getaway.
