STUNNING SEALOFT VILLA WITH WATER VIEWS AND SHORT STROLL TO BEACH!
Turtles Nest Sealoft Villa at 936 Sealoft Drive is a beautiful cottage with a fabulous view over the large lagoon on the 11th Fairway of the Ocean Winds course. With three decks overlooking the lagoon and golf course, this home offers wonderful space to relax under the warm Seabrook sun with views that are second to none. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the array of wildlife just feet away. From bald eagles, roseate spoonbills, osprey, egrets, heron and more. This great location is in walking distance to the beach, golf clubhouse and beach club. Seabrook Club Amenity cards are included in the rental assuring the perfect getaway for families and couples looking to enjoy all that Seabrook Island has to offer. From golf, biking, kayaking, horseback rides on the beach, tennis, pickleball or just relaxing on the beach as the dolphins swim past. There is even a neighborhood pool for your family's use centrally located amid the Sealoft cottages.
The dining/kitchen area opens into the living area creating great space for everyone to be included in the conversation. The living room has a fireplace and wall of windows letting in lots of natural sunlight. Watch your favorite sports team on the new 65 inch Smart TV mounted above the fireplace.
This villa is fully equipped with towels, sheets, and kitchen wares. It is just a short stroll to the beach (about 10 minutes) and sits on the 11th hole of the championship golf course.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed, smart HDTV, ensuite full bathroom with a shower and sliding glass doors to a deck overlooking a lagoon and golf course! The primary bedroom deck is furnished with top of the line outdoor furniture to enjoy the wildlife below. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a Smart HDTV with easy access to the bathroom off of the kitchen. Upstairs in the closed in loft has two full size beds, a Smart HDTV and sliding glass doors leading to another deck overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The loft also has a 60 inch mounted TV
Villa also has a printer and power station for Home Office work.
And don't forget -- your dog is invited to travel with you! Up to (1) dog welcome to join with additional fee
There are three decks. All three decks enjoy spectacular views of a beautiful lagoon and golf course with all day wildlife displays. This cottage is especially light and airy. The views also set it apart. The lagoon is teeming with wildlife, fish jumping, alligators lounging, birds galore and herds of deer galloping across the golf course in the evening. Very relaxing destination - a few days at Turtles Nest Sealoft Villa feels like a week anywhere else!

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
GAS ONLY LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

We really enjoyed the stay at this property. The house was the perfect size for the family and in an amazing location. A quick walk or bike ride to the beach, pool, and golf. Would highly recommend and would stay again! Warning - be prepared to be inundated by confusing emails with instructions on your stay. I found the communication to be very difficult to consume, but we ultimately figured it out and loved our vacation.

Location was great. Condo was in great shape. Everything went well other than having ants on the kitchen counter. If those are taken care of the property was awesome!
