Here on the eighth green of the Ocean Winds Golf Course, you'll be just half a mile from the beach - with gorgeous views from the patio and picture windows awaiting your return.

This villa sits on the ground floor of High Hammock Villas, a golf-course-front complex only half a mile from Seabrook Island Beach. You'll have the option to purchase Seabrook Island Club amenity cards, giving you access to seasonal oceanfront pools, golf, tennis, a restaurant, and a bar for an additional fee.

Begin and end each balmy day outside on the covered patio. It's a lovely, shady spot to sip your first cup of coffee, sit back with a sweet tea in the afternoon, and watch golfers attempt to navigate the eighth hole. There's even a table and chairs for alfresco dining at golden hour.

Step through the sliding glass doors and into the living room, a bright and comfortable space with ample seating (including a sleeper sofa) and a 52-inch smart HDTV with Roku. The living room connects easily to the kitchen (via a convenient pass-through window), the dining area, and the wet bar. When it's time to turn in, leave the day's swimsuits in the care of the washer/dryer and choose between two bedrooms - one with an en suite bathroom and a 40-inch smart TV, the other with a TV and direct access to the patio.

A Seabrook Island Amenity Card is available with this property for a daily fee, providing access to your entire party to a range of resort amenities, some of which may have additional charges. Fees are lower during the off-season (Nov-Feb). When you book a reservation with us, we will send you the information on how to obtain the card, as it is purchased directly through Seabrook Island. The card must be ordered in advance to your stay.
