About this apartment rental
Comfortable lakefront condo with beautiful views of the lake. Located in the heart of the Poconos, our condo is surrounded by nearby year-round activities to take advantage of. This cozy condo is the perfect size and layout for families and friends out for a tranquil Pocono Mountain escape with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and enough room to comfortably sleep 6 guests. Gather with your companions in the unit's spacious living room, boasting a warm fireplace and comfortable furnishings.
Wireless internet access, a small library and board games are provided to satisfy all your entertainment needs. Cable TV is also available in the living room and Master bedroom. New wood floor throughout the hallway and living room. Feel completely at home with a fully stocked kitchen equipped with all the necessary cooking appliances.
Step outside to either of the condo's two private balconies to admire sweeping views of Big Boulder Lake and the beautiful Pocono Mountains. When you're ready to call it a night, retire to one of the inviting bedrooms to rest up for the next eventful day. You'll find all the amenities you need to feel at home, including central air conditioning, central heating, and in-unit laundry machines for your convenience.
Guests will have access to all parts of the condo. Guests can park at the large parking lot in front of the building. In the summer, guests will have access to the community pool, hot tub, tennis, and lake activities including kayaking, swimming in the lake and boat rental. There is also water skiing and tubing available on Lake Harmony (more info can be found on the Lake Harmony Water Sports website). In the winter, firewood is provided free of charge.
We are just minutes away from Big Boulder - Jack Frost ski resort and Split Rock Resort, which offers skiing, an indoor water park, movie theater, bowling alley, arcade and more. Other activities nearby include white water rafting, skiing, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, horseback riding, water parks, bowling, swimming, casinos, tennis, biking, and outlet shopping.

Even though not updated, this condo was was very clean and neat. We enjoyed our stay. The owner may need to check the 2nd bedroom for mold or mildew. It may be behind the wallpaper. One in our group felt allergic in that room

I feel like the listing photos don't do this property justice. Our stay was in August, and the lake is beautiful in the summer. Views from the balcony were great and location within the complex was perfect. Could walk to pool and very quick drive to Boulder Lake Club for beach access. I contacted the host about checking in early, which she allowed for a small fee and the cleaners apparently didn't know so I showed up at the arranged check-in time and cleaners were still there but they were out of there quickly and the host responded to my message immediately and refunded partial early check-in fee. Our kids (ages 3 - 8) were so excited to see all the ducks and deer on property. All in all, it was a great stay. Would totally recommend!

Beautiful location but had some issues. Everything is from 1980 which would be fine except for some things not working. Lights went out in bathroom. I contacted them got a response but no one came..lights in the kitchen only worked half the time. Dishwasher didn't clean. There were no coffee pots, only coffee makers. The patio furniture was filthy. It seems like no one was there for some time. We also had an issue with the lake club, we were turned away bc they didn't pay their dues but after calling VRBO was able to get a hold of them and got it fixed later that day. That said if you want a condo right on the lake in a beautiful quiet community for a cheaper price it's worth it.
