Dine together at the adjacent table - perfect for rainy or snowy day board games - and then gather in the living area, switch on the fireplace, sink into the plush sectional, and stream all your favorite channels using your own accounts. Enjoy views off your front and rear-facing balconies.
This condo also comes with central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Access to the pool is provided free of charge at the Midlake community pool for registered guests only.
There are no free access passes to Big Boulder Lake Club included with this home. If you opt to visit the lake club, day passes can be purchased for $25/per day. To purchase the passes, tell the front desk of the club where you are staying.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Clean and comfortable with a great view of Big Boulder Lake. Owner/manager was very friendly with check in procedures and prompt to respond to emails. It's an older building, but the owner takes good care of the condo. Nicely decorated and up to date. Plan to come next time we are in the area.

Place was well stocked and really clean. I would stock it with way more bath towels. It was just 2 of us so we had just enough towels, but place was meant for about 6 people and 3 towels is definitely not enough. Overall, the place is comfortable, in peaceful location with great views. Vacasa staff was prompt and helpful.

Perfect getaway for our family in a quiet area on big boulder lake. Was right in the middle of what we were looking to do at Hickory Run State Park, Lake Harmony and Pocono Area

Beautiful condo that is comfortable and stylish. While it only had two bedrooms, it did have a nice kitchen with dinette, and nice living room and two full bathrooms. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio over looking the lake.
The town of Lake Harmony is a short ride and we visited the several restaurants and ice cream stand.
We did travel to the Delaware Water Gap, and the State Parks that were near by.
In the listing there are pictures of a beach which gives the impression that there is one. That is not the case. The Boulder Lake Club is a private club for members only. We inquired with the front desk and was told that our Condo did not have a membership. We were very disappointed.
The Property Management Team communicated very well, informing us of the check in/check out procedures. The rental was easy to book.
While the place was beautiful, in peaceful setting, and in a great location, I can't say that I would return.
