Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, Big Boulder Lake Retreat is central to all of the adventures that the Poconos has to offer all 4 seasons & comes equipped with everything you need to create lasting memories!
• INDOOR RETREAT: wood-burning fireplace (free firewood during the winter) | smart TV | dining table w/ space for the whole group
• KITCHEN: fully stocked & equipped kitchen, including cooking basics, microwave, Keurig coffee maker w/ some complimentary K-cups to get you started on your trip!
• OUTDOOR RETREAT: two private covered balconies, one overlooking the breathtaking Big Boulder Lake | shared outdoor pool & hot tub (Pool open Memorial Day weekend, Sat & Sun only in June, then every day in July and Aug through Labor Day - weather permitting and subject to condo association discretion) | propane outdoor grill | EV charger

• Boulder Lake Club (2min away) - The only way to access swimming in Big Boulder Lake! Enjoy swimming in the lake with large lake trampoline and inflatable iceberg. Relax on provided lounge chairs on the expansive lake beach. The Club also offers numerous activities, including kayaking, boat / watersport rentals, fishing, tennis, volleyball, cornhole, and more! Open Memorial Day through Labor Day and weekends through Sept. Our membership to the Club grants you the ability to access the Club. Club access cost separate, not included. • The following items are not permitted: **No Pets** No fireworks. No glass at the pools. No charcoal for grills-propane only. No smoking indoors.
• Max 2 parking spaces permitted
• Condo Pool / Hot Tub: Access to the condo's pool / hot tub only permitted when pool attendant is present during posted operating hours. Operating hours subject to change based on weather or condo association discretion. Pool & hot tub open Memorial Day weekend, Sat & Sun only in June, then every day in July and Aug through Labor Day - weather permitting and subject to condo association discretion.
• Lake: No lake access (swimming, fishing, kayaking, etc.) except through Boulder Lake Club. Our membership to the Club grants you access to purchase a pass, which is not included in your stay. Note: The Club is open Memorial Day through Labor Day and weekends in September.
• Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers: Level 2 chargers are available for all guests in the parking lot. Operational for all electric vehicles. Teslas will need an adapter (not provided). Cost is $4/hour with $10 min (must use credit or debit card).
• Check-in 3pm & check-out 11am. Early or late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges. Early check-in is $15/hour. Early check-in will only be granted after 5pm the day before check-in. Late check-out between 11-1pm is $15/hour. Any check-out after 1pm would be charged 50% of one night rate.
• Primary Guest must be age 21+ to book. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

The location was perfect. Everything we wanted to see was just a short distance away, or even better just a glance away from the balcony where we enjoyed breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The town of Lake Harmony was small, but charming. A 5 minute drive brought us to it where we had a little walk around, followed by 2 nice meals at a couple of their water front restaurants. We very much enjoyed the wild life visible from the balcony and watching a variety of water craft puttering around. Mostly viewing others on the water was enough for us, but we did, in the end, enjoy a paid for boat tour of the neighboring Lake Harmony. We stayed for a long weekend, and enjoyed it very much.

Photos of property do not do the property justice. What a perfect spot overlooking the lake and the pool. First time VRBO renter but not the last. Everything you need for your stay but your change of clothes is available for you here. Very quiet neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The place is very clean with great view of the lake. Liked all the amenities. The place was nicely kept with careful planning. We wish we could have stayed for longer time. We would like to visit again.
