About this apartment rental
This condo has been in the family for 30 plus years we are the original owners and we love it up here. We have 2 master bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom on each floor with the top bathroom having a hot tub . The bedrooms are plenty big and the downstairs family room has a couch and love seat. The fireplace makes the place so cozy with a beautiful view of the lake along with the view of the ski slope which looks great at night... During the summer you are walking distance from beach/pool and LakeClub facility There is so much to do and everything is so close by......We are very confident that you will enjoy your stay as much as we have for many years and many more years...

The home was clean and comfortable. The beds were good. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of paper and cleaning supplies. The host kindly offered an early check in and late check out. We enjoyed the view of the frozen lake right next to the well-drawing fireplace.The only downside worth mentioning was the cold living room temperature. This was very likely due to the frigid temperature during our two day stay. The downstairs bedroom and the upstairs were fine. We had to wear two pairs of socks, slippers and cover up with blankets to be cozy in the living room, even with the heat set on high and a large fire burning. Despite that, we had a great stay.

We had a nice stay overall due to the amenities nearby. The property was clean and well located.
Some information was inaccurate and other information was misleading. In the inaccurate caregory, there was no available wifi at the house. The owner tried to point us toward a hard wire cable internet jack which would only be useful for a laptop and is not equivalent wireless wifi useful for portable devices.
In the misleading side, the listing talks about the Boulder Lake Club amenities but does not say that they have not paid for use by renters so renters need to pay a fee of $90 to use the club for the weekend. Also misleading is the fact that the listing says there is a grill but when we did not see a gas grill outside and asked the owner, he said there is a grill in an outside storage area with charcoal briquets and lighter fluid but gave no indication of how we would get into the storage since it was locked.
