Loved everything about this rental. Very detailed guide was provided to us upon arrival. Condo has everything you would need and they did a great job in keeping the place clean. Can see Big Boulder from the back porch.
Highlight is still the price. It was very affordable and a great stay if you plan on skiing the area.

Despite a colder than usual weekend, we had a great time with a beautiful view of the lake. Very close to Big Boulder ski area. Condo had plenty of towels and extra blankets. The fireplace was a bonus. Ample supplies for cooking. Also close proximity to the pool.

I called the maintenance director for the condo and had a wonderful exchange. She was very accommodating as I requested an early check-in so that we could briefly change clothing for a 2 PM wedding ceremony. Colleen was great and agreed without hesitation, did mention they planned to fix a curtain's hem that was torn by a recent renter to let me know they were going to fix it before 3 PM check-in but may not be able to before we arrived at about 12:45 PM -- not an issue for us.
The couches were extremely comfortable but had visible stains and should be re-upholstered or replaced. The carpet in the entryway leading to the condo is worn and discolored -- overdue for being replaced but probably the HOA's responsibility.
I have rented both Vrbo and AirBnB a combined 6 times and was disappointed with the high price we paid (about $549 for 2 nights after excessive fees were added) that there were no complimentary bottles of water, popcorn, or breakfast items (i.e., yogurt, juice, cereal bars) available. All 5 other Vrbo/AirBnB rentals always included complimentary bottled water and popcorn or yogurt, eggs, orange juice, and water in the refrigerator.
I would love to visit again someday in the summer to enjoy the beautiful lake, because it was cleaned well by staff, but would try to find a condo updated more recently for the price we paid. Old furniture and carpets can only be cleaned so often before there is wear and tear that develops and cleaning cannot resolve.
