"Lakeview Retreat" Lake & Pool Steps Away! 10min to Raceway, Golf, & Waterpark

Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, Lakeview Retreat is central to all of the adventures that the Poconos has to offer all 4 seasons & comes equipped with everything you need to create lasting memories!

Indoor Retreat:
• Living room has a wood-burning fireplace, board games, and an oh-so-comfortable sleeper sofa. Free firewood provided during the winter
• Kitchen newly remodeled and upgraded! Fully stocked & equipped kitchen, including cooking basics, drip coffee maker, and a few complimentary K-cups to get you started on your trip!
• BRAND NEW two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom with fresh new comfy bedding (new as of Sep-24)
• Excellent wi-fi throughout the condo unit
• Flat-screen Smart TVs or Roku TVs in every room so you can stream all of your favorites
• Towels/linens, toilet paper and paper towels to get you started on your trip, hair dryer, laundry machines w/ detergent, cleaning supplies, first aid kit
• Dedicated workspace with ergonomic chair in the primary bedroom, for those who need to complete some work between the relaxation

Outdoor Retreat:
• Ground floor covered patio with NEW comfy Adirondack chairs and propane grill accessible through the large screen doors (note: updated photos pending, there is no longer a couch on the patio)
• Outdoor pool / hot tub overlooking the beautiful Big Boulder Lake steps from the back patio. Pool / hot tub open Memorial Day weekend, Sat & Sun only in June, every day in July & Aug through Labor Day (weather permitting and subject to condo association discretion). Shared with other condo guests.
• Boulder Lake Club (2min away) - The only way to access swimming in Big Boulder Lake! Enjoy swimming in the lake with large lake trampoline and inflatable iceberg. Relax on provided lounge chairs on the expansive lake beach. The Club also offers numerous activities, including kayaking, boat / watersport rentals, fishing, tennis, volleyball, cornhole, and more! Open Memorial Day through Labor Day and weekends through Sept. Our membership to the Club grants you the ability to access the Club. Club access cost and amenity rental costs separate, not included. Local Adventures:
• Enjoy the beautiful Pocono outdoors! Take in the natural unique landscape at Boulder Field at Hickory Run State Park (35min) or hang in the trees at Gorilla Grove Treetop Adventures (23min). Get your engines started at Pocono Raceway (8min). Have an un-fore-gettable round at Split Rock Golf Club (9min). Get competitive at Skirmish Paintball or keep the adrenaline going by taking a UTV tour w/ Pocono Adventure Tours. Go wakeboarding or water skiing on Lake Harmony through Lake Harmony Watersports!
• Looking for something different (or indoors)? Check out H2Oooohh! Indoor Waterpark at Split Rock (10min. drive), Go-Karting at S&S Speedway (30min. drive), massages at Tranquil Moments (12min. drive), or trying your luck at Mt. Airy Casino (30min. drive).
• Winter: Enjoy skiing, snowboarding, or tubing with lake views at Big Boulder Mountain - only a 2 min drive away! Other mountains nearby include Camelback (28min. drive) and Blue Mountain (35min. drive).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Family-oriented, so please keep noise levels down after 11:00 p.m.
• The following items are not permitted: **No Pets** No fireworks. No glass at the pools. No charcoal for grills-propane only. No smoking indoors.
• Max 2 parking spaces permitted
• Condo Pool / Hot Tub: Access to the condo's pool / hot tub only permitted when pool attendant is present during posted operating hours. Operating hours subject to change based on weather or condo association discretion. Pool / hot tub open Memorial Day weekend, weekends only in June, every day in July and August through Labor Day weekend.
• Lake: No lake access (swimming, fishing, kayaking, etc.) except through Boulder Lake Club. Our membership to the Club grants you access to purchase a pass, which is not included in your stay. Note: Lake access is CLOSED until Spring 2025 - open Memorial Day through Labor Day and weekends in September.
• Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers: Level 2 chargers are available for all guests in the parking lot. Operational for all electric vehicles. Teslas will need an adapter (not provided). Cost is $4/hour with $10 min (must use credit or debit card).
• Check-in 3pm & check-out 11am. Early or late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges. Early check-in is $15/hour. Early check-in will only be granted after 5pm the day before check-in. Late check-out between 11-1pm is $15/hour. Any check-out after 1pm would be charged 50% of one night rate.
• Primary Guest must be age 21+ to book. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
