About this cottage rental
This freshly remodeled semi-attached cottage features a beautiful garden setting in the desirable Strawberry section of Mill Valley. The fully furnished and equipped property borders open space - deer are sighted almost daily! It's quiet and peaceful yet only 6 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco!
Easy parking and quick access to the coast, Mount Tamalpais, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, and the wine country further north. The bus stop and shopping center is a 5 minute walk.
Ideal for up to two Bay Area vacationers, friends visiting the area, or house-hunters. We also have lots of 'newbie' grandparents! No worries, this cottage is upscale, not 'funky.' No stairs, steps or narrow mountain roads to contend with either!

We couldn't have found a more perfect home base for the recent visit - a very comfortable stay with an arty vibe and a wonderful terraced backyard
Chuck showed us in and around, and shared his interesting backstory - we found that we share Rockport MA, of all things, in our past
With our new grandbaby only a mile away, we could very well stay here again!

The property is lovely, with quiet lush gardens and cozy house. Our hosts were unobtrusive but friendly. The location is ideal, right off the 101 to Sonoma, Sausalito, and ferries to San Francisco. We will come again!

I loved my time here. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, the host was responsive and nice to deal with, and the home was fully equipped. I would stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

This very comfortable Home Away is most definitely as described. Set in a lovely, sunny , quiet garden. This property is handy to all that Marin has to offer.
