Ascend the stairs of Artist Studio-Loft or take the elevator to the third floor breezeway to arrive at your private work loft studio doorway. As you enter walk down the hallway onto hardwood floors to kitchen and open living room space with 30-foot ceilings. Natural light fills the living room, which features a fireplace mantel and 20 foot doors that open on to a balcony with an outside dining table and chairs. The outside balcony is a great place to dine on those perfect evenings. Recessed lightings highlight the granite countertops in the kitchen that has GE refrigerator, gas range, hood and dishwasher provide the necessary tools for the most discriminating chef. From the third floor you can gain access the spacious master bedroom attached to a beautiful full bath feature a vessel sink on a Crema Europa slab countertop. Off the bedroom are a set of stacked washer/dryer and an office space with desk. Ideal space for any person or couple that enjoys the comforts of cooking but also likes the convenient of have a restaurants just down the street .

My partner and I had an awesome weekend in Mill Valley, and this place was perfect for us! Having a grocery store not even a block away is *chefs kiss*. Thank you again for hosting us! We will definitely be back soon!

Perfect place to stay in the Millvalley region. Everything is close within walking distance, the apartment clean and had everything you would need for cooking meals the house made you feel as if you were home.

Our stay in Mill Valley required just sleeping space. All other activities, meals, entertainment were at other locations. That said, our accommodations were probably more than what we needed at this location. The property is clean and well maintained.
The entrance to the loft is a bit unusual. You walk up 20 plus stairs to get to the door of your unit. That door opens to the lofted entry/laundry/bedroom/bath level which overlooks the living area and kitchen which are down 17 stairs. All is very nice but if stairs are a problem for you then this place would not be a good choice. There is an elevator but it is accessible only when going down from your unit or if someone holds the building door open. Never figured out why the building door is always locked.
The advertised rate is for 1 person. My husband was considered my guest. Tenants launder the bedding and towels which cannot be done after 10pm (I suspect due to the noise of the washer dryer).
The bathroom is very nice but the shower stream is very limited. I actually washed my hair in the kitchen sink where there was adequate pressure.
It is in a great location with good parking, plenty of shops, restaurants and grocery stores near by. The owner was very prompt with returning my texts.
