This studio rental is in a beautiful neighborhood and within 2 blocks of downtown Mill Valley -- it's a great location with easy street parking. The unit has a very small fridge, a microwave, a tea pot, and a Keurig but lacks a stove/oven and the dishes need to be washed in the bathroom sink. The unit temperature is controlled by the host (which meant my partner was cold most of the time). The bed was comfortable and the unit has good storage and nice natural light. Overall it's a nice, minimalist rental.

I loved staying in Tina’s apartment. It had everything I needed and Tina was an excellent host. Being downtown Mill Valley is the best place to stay in Marin County. It was cozy, cute and quiet. I’ll be back again soon.

We completely enjoyed our time at Tina’s. The room is very large, spacious, comfortable, and clean. We could walk into the charming town of Mill Valley in two minutes and also had easy access to all the other places we like to go when we’re in that area. It is mentioned in the description that the only sink is in the bathroom, but it was easy to work around that for our breakfasts and occasional dinner in the room with take out food. We felt very at home.

This was a perfect gem of a place to stay in the heart of Mill Valley. A two minute walk to town, with a cute market, restaurants galore, and fabulous shops, this was a great spot. Not to mention that it’s a short drive from Muir Woods, Mt. Tamalpais, Marin Headlands, and a quick jump onto the 101 into the city. Tina is a great hostess! Though the space has no kitchen, she makes sure you have a fridge, microwave, tea pot, and Keurig with coffee, tea bags, and even some snacks so you can make breakfast if you choose. Accommodations are top notch, with a huge walk-in closet area for your belongings and large shower in the bathroom. We loved this place, Tina was super gracious and helpful, and highly recommend. We will definitely be back again when we return to San Francisco.

Quiet and peaceful, yet steps away from the center of town. The sunny studio somehow feels much larger than expected. Super bonus is a huge closet with shelves and large dresser to stash messy travel stuff behind closed doors. Thanks Tina!

My mom and I really enjoyed staying here. The property is only a block away from all of the fun shops/restaurants in Mill Valley. It is also a short drive to Muir Woods. The bed is SO comfortable, we slept really well every single night which can sometimes be a struggle on vacation, but definitely not when you stay here! Tina was really kind and communicative and a great host. There was a coffee machine with coffee pods, chips, drinks in the fridge - everything was great and I would recommend for sure! The only downside is that there isn't really a space to sit outdoors to enjoy the lovely weather.

I am relocating to the Bay Area for work and made Tina’s place my base for scouting neighborhoods. The space is exactly as described - clean, cozy, and plenty of space for one, two or a few people - and the location is unbeatable. I was able tour around the Bay Area easily and come home in the evening and enjoy Mill Valley’s beauty and walkability. What’s more is Tina is a wonderful host - offering recommendations, good conversation and plenty of privacy. I would definitely stay here again.
