The Sunken Cork is a cozy lakefront retreat on Keuka Lake, offering stunning views, spacious decks, and easy access to the water. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it ideal for families, friends, or couples seeking a peaceful Finger Lakes escape.
Inside, the living and dining area features floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the sparkling lake, while the fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. The master bedroom offers a queen-size four-poster bed and a full bathroom, and two additional bedrooms with queen beds open onto the lower deck, allowing you to wake up to the lake each morning. A second full bathroom adds convenience for all guests.
Outside, multiple decks provide plenty of space for sunbathing, entertaining, or enjoying morning coffee. The private dock is perfect for swimming, boating, or fishing, and a kayak is available for exploring the lake. An outdoor kitchen and grill make lakeside meals effortless, and a fire pit provides a cozy spot for evenings under the stars. With only three steps to the shoreline and a pet-friendly policy for two dogs, The Sunken Cork is a welcoming retreat for everyone.

There are 2 parking spaces just off the road, directly in front of the property. You must park parallel to the road in the 2 spaces. No boats or trailers permitted in the parking area.
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.
Note:
1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.

We booked this for a family birthday weekend and it was perfect. The location is amazing, right on the water, but also on a quiet street. The check in process was easy. The house was very clean. We had family over and they loved it. There is plenty of room for guests to visit. It’s so peaceful! We did not want to leave! Thank you for a wonderful birthday weekend!

Gorgeous view!! 3 couples stayed comfortably in this lovely lake house!! Wineries were amazing and used a local company as our driver, Keuka Lake Limo! Great way to enjoy your Memorial day weekend!

We had the best time staying here. The view from the house blew us away. Very easy to get around and visit many wineries/breweries. Very impressed with the management company! 100% we will be back here again. Thank you!

Beautiful area and lake. Very quiet. House was very beat up, needs a lot of repairs. House was basically clean except for showers in bathrooms especially downstairs needs to be replaced. Very old and dirty with stains and mold that can’t be removed. Carpet is not pleasant. Screen door was broken in downstairs bedroom so it couldn’t be used. Outdoor area was large and beautiful but not maintained. I had to wipe all outdoor furniture down with cleaning spray as it was filthy. Outdoor grill area was not cleaned and all tile and grill was full of grease. Outdoor sink was full of leaves and dirt. Dock is black with dirt so if you went barefoot your feet turned black. With cost of this property it was very disappointing that at least at beginning of season everything outside was cleaned and power washed. The outside is probably 85% of why everyone rents this house so not understanding the neglect.
