About this cottage rental
This remarkable home features many updates and loads of amenities for its guests. Enter from the rear into a spacious kitchen with ample counter space and updated appliances. A small breakfast area near the window is in easy reach and is great for quick meals or serving a buffet. Just through the doorway is a large dining room, with seating for 10 at the large dining table and an additional 4 at the table near the windows. Off the front of the home is a spacious living room with lake view, and a covered porch that was completely redone in spring of 2006. The first floor master suite has a King size bed, TV, and full bathroom with walk-in shower (shower has support bars).There is also a first floor laundry room with full bath featuring a walk-in shower, sink and commode.
The second floor houses the additional 5 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms. Each bedroom with a king bed has a TV and its own private bathroom, and there is also a full bath located off the hallway between the bedrooms with single beds.
A level lawn stretches to the edge of West Lake Road, and just across the street slightly to the north is 40 feet of natural lakefront and a deck for outdoor meals. The water depth is gradual for ideal swimming, and there is a dock available for mooring your boat. An exceptional location for your next family gathering!
First Floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, small foyer, 1 full bath with shower off laundry room, 1 bedroom w/ king and attached bath.
Second Floor: 1 bedroom w/ 1 king and attached bath, 1 bedroom w/ 2 singles, 1 bedroom w/ 1 king and master bath, 1 bedroom w/ 4 singles (1 bunk set)and 1 bedroom w/ 2 singles as well as an additional full bath off hallway.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.
Note:
1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.

The house was a perfect size for our Girls Weekend Away. Kitchen well equipped and the house was very comfortable for a large group. Beautiful lake front!! Our only complaint is that check-out is too early - should be 11am at the earliest.

The house was clean, kitchen well stocked with dishes, plates, pots and pans.
If I had to make one suggestion, it would be that the mattresses in the rooms need replaced.

Absolutely amazing property at a great location, with access to the lake! We ended going for a swim even though it was a freezing October weather :)

The house is amazing. 10 of us stayed and it was above all our expectations. Cleanliness and so many beds and bathrooms made it very comfy.
It took 3 tries to get an answer on some questions prior to arriving. But other than that I highly recommend this abode.
