The view of Keuka Lake from the upper deck is fabulous and exactly what we were looking for and expecting from the Booking.com picture gallery. The house is spacious and the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are all well-equipped with everything needed for a vacation stay. Loved the hot tub on the lower deck, very clean and in perfect working order. The Wi-Fi was very fast and necessary because cell phone service is spotty in the area. Checkin is contactless with a code box on the lower door that worked exactly as described in the welcome Email.
The TV in the upper living room appears to have a problem with its Wi-Fi connection. The connection was intermittent and would drop while viewing programs. It doesn't appear to be the Wi-Fi router as our phones didn't experience outages. The TV has an attached Roku device that worked perfectly, so the TV issue did not affect our stay.
The Booking.com entry did not show a cleaning fee, which was assessed during the contactless checkin process. Not a big issues but it was a surprise fee.
