Dreamways is a luxurious lakeside retreat on Keuka Lake, offering panoramic water views, modern comforts, and direct lake access. This elegant home features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and ample space for families, friends, or small groups seeking a high-end Finger Lakes getaway.
The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and includes a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, a wet bar with wine cooler, and dining space perfect for meals with a view. The lake-level king bedroom opens to the patio, while the master suite and two additional king bedrooms offer serene lakeview balconies. A queen bedroom with partial lake views and the fifth bedroom offering a queen/queen bunk bed complete the accommodations, and an in-home elevator makes moving between floors effortless.
Outside, the expansive lakeside patio invites morning coffee, evening relaxation, and waterfront dining. Just two steps from the lake, guests can swim, kayak, or enjoy the 30-foot private dock and 250-foot breakwall. The home is pet-friendly for up to two dogs.
Located minutes from top Finger Lakes wineries, Hammondsport's boutique shops, and lakefront dining, Dreamways combines luxury, comfort, and convenience. Whether savoring sunrise views from the balcony or evening dinners by the water, this Keuka Lake retreat is the perfect setting for an unforgettable lakeside vacation.
Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.
Note:
1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.

Beautiful house and property. Only complaint was that it said there was an elevator but we were locked out. It would have been helpful for loading & unloading as the stairs and driveway were very steep.

This was a spacious 4 bedroom home. It felt clean. We loved the lake view, the sunsets across the lake and the beautiful fall foliage. It was perfect for a group of old friends to hang out for a week.

Two issues with the property but the rest was excellent. Need to let people know the code given was for a lower door, not the one you drive up to. The lower door is not visible from the parking area. Took a number of tries to get the correct code for the upper door. Directions to use the TV and accessibility to local channels would be nice.

We loved the property and the location. It was impeccably clean and stocked with the items we needed to cook and entertain. Our dog was incredibly happy as well. She made friends with the local canines
