It is located ON THE BEACH on the Gulf-facing side of the building with unobstructed sunset views 365 days a year. The building has its own private beach access. Everything is brand new. Perfect for any couple seeking a stress-free vacation, the unit is supplied with everything you need for an amazing vacation, including in-unit wifi, 75" 4K smart TV, 50" smart TV in the bedroom, beach towels, bath towels, bed linens, fully stocked kitchen, a beach cart, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs.
Located in the newly-renovated Sunset House, known for its beautiful Art Deco style and blue mosaic tile balconies, this condo is in the most desirable low-density building on the beach. And because Sunset House is nestled between two other low-density buildings, the shoreline is never crowded and there is always a chaise lounge available beside the heated pool.
Building amenities include a large, heated swimming pool, sun deck, secure private beach access, outdoor gas barbecue and picnic area. The club room has Wi-Fi Internet, a 52" Sony flatscreen TV, and book and movie library, and a full kitchen. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor. Sunset House is filled with people who have been vacationing here for many years. Every resident is invited to join the Wednesday night potluck social followed by cards and Mahjong. You’re always welcome to join one of our morning exercise classes—chair aerobics in the social room or water aerobics in the pool. Sunday evenings mean Bocce ball, and a friendly rivalry with the neighboring buildings has endured for many years. This condo was outstanding! The location was excellent with easy access to the beach and pool. The space was well designed and well equipped with everything we needed for our two week stay. We hope to return to Marco Island and would like to stay in this same unit again!

The apartment was ideal for a couple, clean, spacious and everything you needed for a comfortable stay. amenities were close, beach on the doorstep, the complex was well looked after and the residents were very friendly. The beach buggy with umbrella & chairs left for our use were a great addition, Jeanne left us a welcome bottle on our Christmas Day arrival, (Thank you). Arrival instructions were clear and the whole 2 weeks were absolutely amazing. We hope to stay again, Garry & Elaine

Host was great at communicating check in, condo was wonderful. The pool and grounds were lovely. There was plenty of kitchen items to use for cooking (this was good since we were there for 10 days), and the views!!! We are already to book again!! Thank you for the perfect anniversary trip and location!!
