This is an HOA owned unit which is in a bad location (adjacent to lobby and HOA office). There was a lot of loud noise at all hours of the day.
The unit has not been upgraded and was missing many basic things: silverware, can opener, wine opener (covered container needed for grilling and transporting food inside the building, HOA rule), hair dryer. In addition, the basic cable TV was not functioning and needed repair.
Joanne, the (new) HOA manager (not working on-site) was able to rectify most of this in the first couple of days, but I had to spend a lot of my personal time getting this corrected. After wasting all that time, I asked to be "comped" for a diner a local restaurant and she never responded.
I would not recommend this unit, ever!
