Over 1200 square feet of outdoor deck space, don't like sleeping indoors? bring your hammock and enjoy the deck and wake up with the birds- will provide the hangers for that hammock. This is end unit, the outdoor private space and deck gives you plenty of privacy and fenced running space for the kids and pups.
Well behaved dogs are welcomed- the terms are simple. If they eat the doors, chairs, couch or anything other than their food or tear up walls, curtains, blinds, or have weak bladder and want to piss on everything they smell than please leave them home or be ready, happy and willing to pay for replacement. Rules apply to humans as well, :)
We love animals and know they are part of the family and should be able come on vacation with the people they love most... and most certainly they deserve a vacation too. - think about all the things they put up with at home everyday. Hilton Head is one of the most dog friendly beaches in the country- no leash required from 6 a.m.-10 a.m. and anytime after 5.p.m. during summer months. Between October -April, no leash required, if your Pup is under voice command.
Pool is available on the property, just add toys.

Think they need a better cleaning service. Smell of wet dog as soon as you walk in. Couch closest to furthest sliding door smelled like smoke. Probably someone just hanging on that side of couch smoking out that sliding door. My wife cleaned the tables outside and the chairs outside as they were full of mold. Yuck. We also bought candies and odor spray for the inside which helped a ton. Also wish the extra room upstairs with sleeper couch was just a bedroom with bed and the tv in master.The rest of residence was good. Beds were comfortable but couch downstairs should be changed as very saggy in some spots.Could not say this was a teen star stay but have seen worse. Being close to beach was nice!!

Enjoyable, really appreciated the yard for the pup. Place was well kept up, no complaints. Super short walk to the beach. Would come back again. Good communication with the hosts too!

Our family had a fantastic stay! The house is spacious, clean and in a fantastic location. It is very easy to walk to the beach with little ones and everything is pet friendly. We’ve stayed at this house before and we hope to stay there again next year!
