Walk2beachCharming single-family house located just 500 yards from the beach. STAY A WEEK OR LONGER TO PAY LESS. RENT OR BRING A BIKE AND FORGET ABOUT DRIVING, THE ENTIRE ISLANDThe first floor has an open concept and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, big dining table that can seat 8, big screen Hisense 58" Smart TV, Roku, Ethernet cables, and a sofa that can open to a California king bed. A bedroom/sitting room with a large sofa opens to a California king bed.
A covered front porch faces the street, and a sun deck faces the private and quiet backyard.
On the ground level, there is a big screened area with a solid roof for nice relaxing outdoor activities. Inside there is a picnic table, charcoal grill, and ping-pong table.
The entire island is accessible by bike and most roads have designated bike paths. Hilton Head Island has the nickname Biking Island. Whole Foods and Kroger supermarkets as well as the town center just a mile away.
Beach, tennis, golf, and entertainment, you name it, we have.

Great location! Host provided a clean house with plenty of beach supplies and space for a family. Easy walk to a nice park with beach access, playground, showers, and bathrooms. This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed here.

The house was wonderful and humble. The home is in a quiet gorgeous neighborhood. The house is exactly as it is described, it is very spacious. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk (if you walk fast aha, but still an easy walk to the beach and there is also a ramp!). The host, Miranda was SO kind, patient, and very easy to communicate with. She really is the ideal host! I would most definitely recommend this house for a large family/friend group. Thank you!
