Originally from the 1950s, this family-friendly home has been renovated throughout the years to provide all the comforts and necessities of home. Bright and fun decor fills the space, appointed with thoughtful touches like smart TVs with cable, an array of board games, complimentary WiFi, and central AC. A private balcony is an ideal spot to sip morning coffee, while a full kitchen has all you need to whip up your favorite meals and beach snacks. An open-concept floor plan is great for both relaxing and entertaining - added perks include a desk space, a bonus room with a TV and sofabed, as well as an included beach umbrella.

The property was in a great location, very short walk to the beach. There is a front and back yard of grass that was great for our dog. The only shortcomings of this property are:1-there is no washer/dryer. The listing indicates this but adding this amenity would give this property five stars!2-you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the main bedroom/bath. It was just an unexpected inconvenience. This property is on the quieter end of HHI at Folly Field Beach.

It was really close to the beach and was very clean and comfortable. However, there was NOT a fenced in yard as described and no washer and dryer. The stairs was a lot to go up and down several times a day with my old dog.
