Fantastic remote location with great views.

Fantastic views from the apartment high up on the side of a mountain. Apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. We ate on site which was fine. The wine produced by the owner was great and good value. We enjoyed our stay in late season and spent an enjoyable couple of hours in the morning soaking up the sun and the views on the balcony.

Would have been nice to have tea/coffee provided in the apartment.

Fantastic place to stay if you want to visit Lake Skadar

The location was wonderful. The pajovic family with fantastic hosts. The lake tour by Zoran Pajovic was great. Food was excellent. Room was very comfortable.

Cool stay for a Skadar Lake experience.

Really nice Landlord. Well received and hosted! Good stay for 2-3 days. Superb lake tour by the host in his speed boat to the delta of the Skadar Lake inkl 2-3 hours beach time. €150 - so a bit expensive but worth the money! Room was superb with 2 air cons, balcony and everything you need. Nice dinners with wine from the vinery of the landlord.

The hosts are friendly, the food prepared by Daniela is 10/10, fresh fish, meat, everything, the ride along Skadar Lake with the owner Zoran made the trip perfect, thank you, we will be back.

Brilliant

The panoramic road to get there was wonderful, the owner Danijela cooks the best food in the world, and the owner Zoran offers the best tours around the lake, there is also their son Nikola who is phenomenal, everything was fantastic, the sun was warming us on our terrace, a beautiful experience😊

Everything amazing, except the road there

The owner was very friendly and dinner was really tasty - fresh caught fish for about €15 to €19 (inc chips, salad and veg). Perfect sized portions. We went on the 3h private boat ride, which was fantastic and well worth it. Their boat tour prices seem to be half that of the ones in town. The lake is like something from Thailand, and stunningly beautiful. They charge (May '25) €40 per hour, with a €10 discount for 2 people for the 3h tour if you already have national park passes. We don't normally do things like this but it was well worth it! The room was really nice and big, and the lake view was worth it. Nice sound of birds

As others say the road there. It is tarmacked the whole way but is mostly narrow, frequently with steep drop offs and mostly no safety barriers. You really hope you don't meet oncoming traffic. Similar to the mountain roads. If it wasn't for this we would have rated this place 10! The road does have some fantastic views. We initially had a sewer smell in the bathroom but I think it was just that the floor water U bend trap was dry, easy to fix.

A unique and wholesome experience in Montenegro

This is an authentic experience of Montenegro. The hosts are really lovely and provide a warm welcome, comfortable rooms with lovely view and arranged a private boat trip for us. Their wine (especially the red) was delicious and we ate fresh produce from their farm and the lake which was very tasty. Nothing was too much. Breakfast was also perfect to set us up for the day ahead.

The road to the apartments is a little on the wild side but if you take your time it's fine, and be careful parking too close to the cliff at the left of the car park... A rock fell on our windscreen and cracked it (just bad luck I guess), otherwise the stay was brilliant!

Remote and relaxing!

Had a fantastic stay here. The place is very remote (which we loved) and is accessed via a dicey road (didn’t love but got used to it). There is not much there, but everything you need. Wine was from their vineyard and good. Food was from their farm/fishing expeditions, and good! The boat trip was good - not cheap, but worth it. Overall, we had a great stay!

Wonderful location and friendly owners

Friendly owners with home atmosphere. Visited there with my wife and mom, everyone was impressed with the landscapes, quiteness and fresh air. We all loved Jerry the most, he's the house's super dog, as friendly as his owners. we're missing him already. The breakfast was dilicious, especially when the weather allows you to have it outdoors.

Parkings are so tight and tiny, I couldn't avoid damaging the fron plastic protector of the vehicle. I understand it's a mountain area, so I can't suggest any solution for that.

Heartbreaking view…

Absolutely amazing place with heartbreaking view. Couldn’t be better. The hosts offer delicious dinner and wine that you need to taste. Absolutely amazing boat trip on the Skadar Lake with Zoran. And I need to mention about the wonderful friendly sausage dog Jerry 😊

Had 2 private outside sitting areas. owner offers boottrips. waterdistributor, fridge and microwave were available. airco was present if needed. bathroom was small but clean. parking was available.

Exceptional

The Old house Pajovic is the perfect place where to spend days full of relax and quietness. Zoran and his family run this business and make you feel home; they are careful, kind, open and flexible. The apartments are nice and the patio where you can eat their food (including freshly fished trout!) and their wine has a stunning view on the lake. We could not ask for better for our first days of vacations in Montenegro. They even arranged to pick us up at the station in Virpazar and take us back when we left. They also offer cruises on the lake Skadar, which I would really recommend as it is very beautiful. We loved it!

Everything was perfect from beginning to end ! The wooden house was lovely, spacious and confortable. The whole family was friendly and made the best they could to make our stay absolutely perfect. we had 2 dinners at the guest house and did a private boat tour with them. thank you very much to Pajovic family, don’t change a thing.

Terrace with a nice view, dinner also available (with freshly caught fish), own house wine, very big apartment, water dispenser in the room

Difficult way to the house (narrow streets and far from anything), told us about their boat tour too often (in my opinion), some cats and a dog around near the dining area (not a problem for us, but maybe for others)

Enjoying all the stay. The host was so kind and helpful. We also really enjoyed the homemade wine, and the rakija. We did a private boat tour with the owner, which was fantastic. The food was fresh, plentiful and delicious and when we come back to our country we still sometimes cooking Monenegrian breakfast :)
