Continually updated and meticulously maintained, the unit boasts island-themed furniture, high-end appliances, and comfortable flooring throughout. Traditional tropical decor and soothing colors complement the spectacular ocean view from your private lanai. Wailua Bay with a wonderful, sandy, swimming beach is just 100 feet from your door.
Located on Kauai's sunny east Coconut Coast, you will be close to fine dining, shopping, and golfing. The Fern Grotto, Wailua River, Lydgate Park, and the Coconut Marketplace are all within a five minute walk or drive. This condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. The amenities were fantastic ! We loved all the beach supplies and the extra amenities within the home too ! The poolWas extremely relaxing and the condo was in the middle of the north shore and south shore - easy to get everywhere ! We will be back next time we visit.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Wailua Bay View condo! The view out on the lanai was amazing, I enjoyed my coffee out there every morning. We did notice mosquitos at night, so bug spray is a great addition to bring. The location was great, it was at the halfway mark to the north shore and the south shore, with only about 10 minutes to the airport. Communication with the host was excellent, they answered my questions quickly. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at the condo we love it feels like home away from home. The location is excellent to get to wherever you wanna go even one fun places in walking distance and great beaches too.
