Important note: Beach towels are available at no charge at the beach hut with the distributed towel cards at time of check-in. For each towel card ( one per person), you will receive a towel. Please return the towels daily to the beach hut during office hours, especially on your last day before departure! For each lost/ non-returned towel card, resort management charges you with US$ 25!

Our 1br/1 bath newly remodelled Deluxe Condo 229 at Kiahuna in Building 35 is your ideal location for a quiet and yet convenient stay at Poipus only swimming beach directly on the premises. Our top floor location with the vaulted ceilings among beautiful trees and tropical flowers gives you the feeling of living in a tree house.
The great beach is just a 3 minute walk through the beautiful landscaped tropical garden and we provide Tommy Bahama Beachchairs, a big Beach umbrella and a cooler box so you can spend your day at the beach and relax.
We offer a master bedroom with Kingsize bed ideal for 2 people to find enough room for a comfortable stay! Our master bedroom features a 40" Samsung flat TV and a blu ray player. Also for your convenience, we have an Ihome so you can connect your Iphone or Ipad.
The living room has been equipped with a big 55" Samsung Flatscreen TV and a region and code free blu ray player, a Samsung soundbar offers you best sound when watching TV or listening to music. Also - we offer free HBO, Sports Channel, Showtime for your added entertainment. So now you can watch your favorite sports team even if you are not at home !
We have just added a new sideboard and beautiful art ( painted surfboards) from a local artist, to make you feel on Kauai even if you are inside :-)
Our kitchen is now equipped with newest stainless steel appliances, and of course all extra kitchen accessories like double brew coffee maker, Ninja Power Blender, 4-slice toaster, mixer and - we even offer an original Delonghi Espresso Automat and seperate wine cooler ! Of course we have the adequate glasses for wine and champagne also in stock for your enjoyment.
Our new high quality pots and ceramic pans help to prepare delicious meals which you can enjoy on the beautiful lanai (balcony), helping to save lots of money for eating out.
Our guests also enjoy the free use of pool and the newly renovated and excellently equipped Fitness Center!
All rentals require a 50 % Deposit, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation is possible until 60 days prior to arrival at no charge. Cancellations less than 60 days are billed at a one nights rate. No refunds can be made for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival (unless unit can be rented out otherwise).

My husband and I needed a last-minute place to stay for two extra nights in Kauai after our hotel couldn’t extend our reservation. In a bit of a panic, we came across this listing, and the owner was an absolute lifesaver! She was so accommodating and made the process quick and effortless, which we deeply appreciated. The home itself was very clean, super comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was very ideal as you feel like you are staying in the treetops, super peaceful, and a ‘hop, skip and jump’ down to the beautiful beach, local restaurants, and shops. While there’s no air conditioning (which for some reason I had assumed), the nights were perfect and pleasant with the open windows and fans. Plus, we didn’t spend much time indoors during the day anyway, as there’s so much to explore on the island. There are washer’s and dryer’s located by the check in area that came in handy as well. We’re so grateful for this wonderful find at the last minute as we were grateful for a couple more memorable days! Almost wished we would have stayed there the entire time vs. at the hotel.

We had an amazing time. This spot was perfect and we were so happy with Kiahuna plantation. Susanne was a great host as well; perfectly accommodating and great communication.
