The NON-SMOKING duplex apartment has 2 rooms and is 65 m² in size. It is on the first floor and in the attic.
On the first floor is the bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), the bathroom with shower / toilet and the dining room with an open kitchenette and the large dining table. From here you can also access the balcony.
A staircase leads to the attic with the combined living room / bedroom: on the right the sleeping area with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), on the left the living area with a comfortable seating area and television. Please note that the receiver is only programmed for the public channels (ARD, ZDF, 3-Sat, KiKa ..). There is also a DVD player.
A reserved parking space is available in front of the residence.

Leider ist es so, dass man im unteren Schlafzimmer und oben keine (wirkliche) Möglichkeit hat, die Zimmer zu verdunkeln. Es gibt unten zwar einen dunklen Vorhang, aber das bringt nichts. Oben scheint einfach zu viel Licht neben den Rollos in den Raum. Wenn man mit Kindern reist, die mittags noch schlafen, ist das nicht passend. Besser wären da Außenjalousien.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung für einen Urlaub gut geeinigt.

Im großen und ganzen relativ sauber, daß Geschirr mussten wir vorm ersten Gebrauch reinigen. Leider wurden wir nicht darauf hingewiesen,dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher,sowie Geschirrtücher mitgebracht oder extra bestellt werden müssen.
