Schönberg ... it's close to nature! Our 2-room holiday flat, exclusively furnished in an upscale country house style, is approx. 50m² in size and offers space for 4 people. It is located in a small flat house (5 units) in the centre of the village in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac about 150 m from the beach, promenade and pier. our holiday area is not yet so crowded and therefore cheaper than other seaside resorts on the Baltic Sea, but at least as good! The wide shallow water zone of the beach, lovingly designed playgrounds and traffic calming are ideal conditions for a family holiday.charming walking and cycling paths, e.g. along the fjord hiking trail on the Kiel Fjord promenade via the famous Baltic seaside resort of Laboe to Kiel, invite you to go on extended tours.only 500 m away you will find an interesting museum station Schönbergerstrand / Brazil is one of the most famous surfing and kiting areas in Schleswig-Holstein. A surfing, sailing and motorboat school is located 250 metres away directly on the beach and various events organised by the spa administration, as well as a multitude of excursion possibilities, e.g. to nearby Holstein Switzerland with its romantic inland lakes, to Fehmarn or boat trips, e.g. on the Kiel Canal, to Kiel or to Denmark and Sweden, provide further variety. The Baltic Sea at Schönbergerstrand also has its own special charm, especially in the peace and seclusion outside the actual season. We look forward to seeing you! Our 2 room holiday flat, exclusively furnished in an upscale country house style, is approx. 50m² in size and offers space for 4 people. It has a spacious living/dining area with 2 separate convertible sofas and access to the garden and terrace. The separate bedroom also has its own terrace and garden access. The kitchen, or galley as they say in the north, is fully equipped. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house. A stereo system and TV are available. We currently have no WLAN due to a changeover to fibre optics. A pretty little garden with sun terrace, garden chairs, barbecue, Atzteken stove and a beach chair for your exclusive use is also part of the flat, as are two private parking spaces. On request and subject to availability, we are happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge and a tenancy agreement is concluded between tenant and landlord. East of the state capital Kiel, in the middle of the unspoilt landscape of the "Probstei" with its extensive nature reserves, large forests and inland lakes, lies the holiday area and popular Baltic seaside resort "Schönbergerstrand" directly on the kilometre-long natural sandy beach of the Bay of Kiel. In the natural beauty of the "Probstei" there are a variety of sports and leisure facilities such as: Tennis, squash, badminton, golf (in Heikendorf and Howacht), minigolf, horse riding, sailing, deep-sea fishing, water skiing and bowling. Bicycle and boat hire. There are riding stables and a pony farm on site, heated swimming pools and adventure pools nearby, a boules court and a playground directly opposite.Guests interested in culture will not only find a wide range of activities in Kiel, 20 minutes away, at any time of year, but Schönberg also offers its guests museums, such as the unique childhood museum, the lovely local history museum and, as special attractions, the pier, occasional beach cinema, as well as one of the most famous German museum railways, which runs between Schönberg and Schönberg beach with its historic steam trains. There is also a modern fitness centre on site. Evening entertainment is available in the restaurants, bars and discos in the village - give it a try. We look forward to seeing you!
