Beautiful views but not 4 star
The pool was incredible and relaxing. The breakfast had lots of options and the view was incredible from the room. The front desk woman was super kind and accommodating and the massage therapist was amazing.
This is hard because there were multiple good things, but for a 4 star, it was not the best. I understand the season ended October 31st and we heard that multiple times from the employees. I felt like everybody was exhausted and things weren't taken care of. Even though we were paying similar prices to the high season. The AC didn't work in the room and we asked for help, the man came up to look and said oh it's working when the door was shut and locked. But then he came back up after we called and said uh it's not working, then he said oh yah, they turned the AC off for the entire facility (what?!?!) They say they have a spa but if you don't go early it gets disgusting and dirty. But if you go early, nothing is on. Towels weren't replenished, the water in the sauna wasn't replenished, and they said if you had a black band you got the jacuzzi and the salt room, but nobody was there to ensure people weren't using them if they weren't allowed. The bathroom and shower near the pool was out of soap our entire stay and the shower was broken and had hair all over it. The pool chairs/loungers were really cool, but they had hair on the Velcro pieces, which was yuck. The music was like club music the entire time. The room was nice enough, but some broken pieces. Everything around the hotel was shut down, if you weren't in the actual hotel, the surrounding area was dirty (not hotels fault, but something to note).

Disastrous
Nothing. Over priced
The pool was freezing completely unacceptable for autumn. They don’t even have a heated pool. I paid extra for a private pool that was basically useless because it was too cold to step into. I asked for breakfast in the pool, and they had the nerve to charge €70. For comparison, when I stayed at Hilton in Poland in August, room service cost me just €4. The city is outrageously overpriced for tourists. I paid €60 for a simple fish meal, if I had known the cost beforehand, I never would’ve ordered it. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the money.

Exceptional Service and Relaxing Stay
Our stay at Nobus Hotel & Spa was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, John at the reception made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. He handled everything with professionalism and a friendly attitude, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The spa area was stunning — we spent several hours there enjoying the calm atmosphere and beautiful facilities. The restaurant served delicious food, and breakfast had plenty of fresh, high-quality options. Every part of our stay reflected attention to detail and great hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back soon.

Lovely, exceptional experience
The rooms were modern, spacious, comfortable and very clean. They serve nice breakfast but sometimes the food is cold by the time you get there, they could do with adding more variety to their restaurant menu.The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful at all times. Special mention to Jon from reception, Fernanda from the spa, the young man from the restaurant and all the beautiful ladies serving in the restaurant and by the pool bar. They were all wonderful.
We requested bath robes from when we checked in, told different staff members and still didn't get them until the morning of our last day at the hotel.
