About this apartment rental
Comfort apartment: only 2 minutes to the beach - directly behind the promenade! You can see the dike from the bedroom and hear the sea rushing!
Our very lovingly and individually furnished approx. 85sqm apartment is located on the ground floor at the end of a cul-de-sac from which you can see the dike and hear the sound of the sea! - the large garden belongs only to the apartment !! and can only be used by you - and offers fantastic conditions for your couple holiday and / or your family holiday with children.
We do not offer standard holiday agency furniture and support. Rather, you spend your vacation in a high-quality domicile. This applies both to the sanitary facilities and the entire furniture, from the solid real wood double bed with 2 different high-quality mattresses with different degrees of hardness, the box-spring sofa bed in the living room to the exclusive equipment in the winter garden and outside with the wonderful stone fireplace / grill for your well-being will worry. All windows are equipped with external shutters, so that it stays wonderfully cool in summer and comfortably warm in winter.
Our apartment is perfect for families with children and babies thanks to the ground-level entrance. Furthermore, we have equipped the kitchen with everything that is needed for the little ones, such as a hand blender or a fun waffle maker with motifs.
Of course, we also offer you a high chair and a changing table and a travel cot, which we would be happy to provide you with at no extra charge!
In addition, you have your own ground-level and lockable bike log house for approx. 3 bicycles, so that your high-quality e-bikes are stored dry, safe and easily accessible. From here you can start great bike tours immediately.
WiFi is of course also available.
The apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac - no through traffic and with only about 200 m to the beach near the dike and completely quiet.
The 85sqm 3 room apartment is completely tiled and newly renovated and thus offers allergy sufferers every comfort.
The kitchen is fully and lovingly equipped and also invites you to linger with a small dining area. Washing machine, dishwasher and freezer are of course just as much a part of the convenience as the Sanseo coffee pad machine for quick coffee in between (filter coffee machine is also available).
The apartment has a bedroom, children's room with 2 beds (bunk beds) and a light-flooded winter garden adjacent to the living room.
2 separate toilets and a bathtub / shower ensure that it is not cramped with several people.
In the wonderfully light-flooded winter garden you and your family have the feeling of sitting in the green even on gray days. Here you can relax and spend a rainy day.
From the dining and living area there is direct access to a large and sunny south-facing terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor fireplace / grill. This is followed by a large and completely fenced garden that leads directly to the two car parking spaces - and the beach - with a beautiful outside gate.
A separate storage space in a garden shed for your bicycles is of course also available.
In just 5 minutes you can reach the beautiful sandy beach on the Baltic Sea.
The kilometer-long, partially asphalted dike and an extensive network of paths through the salt marshes are perfect for extensive inline skating or cycling tours.

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Ferienwohnung die auch für eine Familie mit kleinen Kinden bestens geeignet ist. Die Steckdosen verfügen über Steckdosenschutz, Fenster sind absperrbar, alle Zimmer können mit Außenrollos verdunkelt werden. 2 Hochstühle sind vorhanden ebenso wie Spielzeug im Kinderimmer! Der Garten ist ebenfalls wunderschön, gepflegt und auch die Kinder können hier frei laufen und können nicht ausbüchsen.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben die Sommertage an der Ostssee sehr genossen!

Wir durften traumhaft schöne 7 Tage am Schönberger Strand verbringen und fahren heute entspannt nach Hause!
Die schöne Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet direkt hinter dem Deich. Mit den Fahrrädern waren wir in 2 Minuten am Strand!
Von Anfang an waren wir von diesem sehr gepflegten Garten begeistert. Unsere zwei Jungs, 3 Jahre und 9 Monate konnten sich ungestört austoben und wir haben den Garten auf der Sonnenliege und den anderen gemütlichen Plätzchen genossen! Für den Grill war es leider noch zu kalt. Auch von Innen war der Platz am Esstisch im Wintergarten mit Blick auf den Garten unser Lieblingsplatz. Von morgens beim Frühstück bis spät abends bei einem Glas Wein saßen wir dort. Es war einfach herrlich.
Die Übergabe war nett und sehr persönlich. Wir haben speziell für uns einen Wickeltisch, Babybett, Babyhochstuhl und Kinderstuhl vorgefunden. Auch Kindersicherungen für die Steckdose und Nachtlichter waren vorhanden. Was unsere Kinder begeistert hat, es gab ein Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett, Spielsachen und Büchern!
Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, großzügig und unglaublich gut ausgestatttet. Man findet von Fön über Pürierstab bis Tierwaffeleisen einfach alles was man so brauchen könnte. Da zu kann man es sich mit einem guten Buch, DVD oder Spiel gemütlich machen sollte es Mal schiet Wetter haben. Wir haben alle wunderbar geschlafen nach unseren langen Tagen am Strand. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im Schuppen gut verstauen und für 2 Autos hatte es auch noch Platz.
Familie Prieẞ hat einen sehr netten Ordner zusammengestellt mit allerlei Informationen und uns mit Schockolade und Wasser empfangen! Wir danken ihnen sehr für einen tollen Urlaub!

Die Wohnung, wirlich sehr sehr gut ausgestattet, ist mit liebevollen Details versehen, sodass die Erholung definitiv mit dem Hineintragen der Koffer beginnen konnte. Es hat definitiv an überhaupt nichts gemangelt.
Und besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die liebevolle Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgebenden. Nicht nur, dass man sehr tolle Tipps zum leckeren Dinieren und Genießen, sowohl fußläufig in Schönberger Strand als auch für Laboe erhalten hat. Nein, es wurde sogar extra bei den Supermärkten aktuelle Öffnungszeiten erfragt, da wir am Ostersonntag angereist sind und dadurch die "Erstausstattung unseres Kühlschrankes" gesichert war - derartige liebenswerte Hilfsbereitschaft einfach stark!
Zusammengefasst: Liebenswerte Gastgebende einer liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung, Erholung in fußläufiger Strandnähe (4min Fußweg). Einfach klasse. Vielen Dank für eine schöne erholsame Woche für die gesamte Familie!
