About this apartment rental
Neubau-Komfort-Ferienappartement in a guest house with only 4 units in the holiday and recreational Schönberger beach: The house is located in a quiet cul de sac, surrounded by trees and shrubs, about 200 m from the Baltic Sea.
The apartment has a separate entrance and a 20 m² terrace, which is directly adjacent to a small, reed-covered (fenced) watercourse.
The house is optimally aligned to the sun, garden furniture and comfortable loungers invite you to relax.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), the other - for children - with single beds (90 x 200 cm). Cabinet and storage surfaces are sufficiently available. The living room is equipped with comfortable upholstered furniture and has a large color TV (satellite system), DVD and CD players, radio. A small game collection and various books also bridge a rainy day. The kitchen in the living room is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, utensils and dishes. A dishwasher, fridge with freezer, stove with oven and ceramic hob are of course. A large dining table and comfortable chairs invite to convivial meals. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The mirror is illuminated and there are enough shelves. Also a hair dryer is available. All the things you need for the small in-between cleaning, you will find in the spacious storage room of the apartment. There is also space for your shoes and crates.
On an individual color design of the apartment, we have put special emphasis.
All 4 apartments of the house together has a washing machine available, as well as a barbecue in the meadow in the back of the property. In front of the house there is enough space to park bicycles brought or borrowed. Parking is available in front of the house.
Bed linen (€ 10.00 per person) and towels (€ 5.00 per person) can be rented on request directly from the host. Also as a laundry package for a total of 15,00 € p. P. bookable. Beach towels please bring with you!
It is very important to us that there is no smoking in the apartment. Unfortunately we can not allow pets.
For the app. 1 "downstairs" is a reserved parking space (# 1) in front of the house.

Wir sind nicht zum ersten Mal in Schönberger Strand, aber in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll gestaltet. Bis auf Bettwäsche war alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
