"The Viking - Perfect beach holiday for the whole family!
In a quiet location on Schönberger beach and only 200 meters from the sandy beach, this friendly and well equipped 3-room apartment awaits you! It is located on the first floor of a terraced house, which is inhabited by only two parties.
Both families and couples get their money's worth here - because two bedrooms with separate beds, it offers both parents with two children and four adults enough space and retreats for a relaxing holiday. The larger of the two rooms is equipped with two high-quality hotel beds, which can easily be pushed together to form a double bed. In addition to the dining area, the spacious and friendly furnished living room has a cozy seating area and a flat screen TV, so that a pleasant ambience is guaranteed for an evening couch or game night. On the windowsill lives the figure of a Viking, to whom the apartment owes its name. The adjoining, sheltered balcony offers enough space to enjoy the Baltic Sea air and sun and invites you to linger. Only a bar separates the living area from the open, equipped with dishwasher, oven and coffee machine kitchen and completes the facilities for a relaxing holiday! The bright bathroom is flooded with natural light through a dome on the ceiling and comes with a spacious shower and underfloor heating. The initial supply of bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the rental price. The apartment also includes a closable storage area, which is perfect for storing your sports equipment such as bicycles or surfboards. In a small safe, which is located in the smaller of the two bedrooms, you can keep your valuables safe while on the beach. A private parking space is located on the property in front of the house. The Schönberger beach with its 260 meters long pier and its miles long sandy beach offers the perfect relaxation and invites you to long walks and bathing fun. The dyke and the charming hinterland of the provost are equipped with excellent cycle paths to make your holiday active. The pier and the promenade with its shops and localities are only 500 meters away from the apartment. Here is also one of the two bakeries of the place, which provide you with fresh bread during your holiday. Likewise, a supermarket is within walking distance about 700 meters. ist ruhig gelegen, sehr nah am Strand. Alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden!

soweit in Ordnung gewesen. Leider waren die Räume nicht geheizt, so dass wir sehr gefroren haben. Das Problem wurde mit der Vermieterin aber geklärt. An Lampen fehlten Glühbirnen, die aber auch in der Zeit nicht ersetzt wurden. Die Küchenzeile ist in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht ebenso wie der Duschvorhang nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Die Düse am Handwaschbecken müsste ausgewechselt werden . Duschen ohne kalt/ warm Wechsel war nicht möglich. Das Wohnzimmer mit der Einrichtung hat uns gefallen.
