From our cleaning and sanitation crew:
" We at IBKLEAN want to help our guests feel even more comfortable this summer. Time at the lake is for relaxing, not worrying.
We have been cleaning here for many years. This year we are doing things differently. The most important things are:
1) All staff will complete the Health Department required CDC paperwork before every clean. No one will work if they are not well.
2) Our staff will wear clean/new gloves, masks, and foot covers for every cleaning job.
We will use new/ clean ( in hottest water possible) cleaning tools for every cleaning job.
3) We will use the recommended 2 step cleaning, then disinfecting process, allowing enough time for the disinfectant to work.
4) All laundry will be washed in the hottest water possible. Baskets will be disinfected regularly.
5) We will maintain a check list of this process
We hope our commitment to everyone’s health and safety helps you feel at home. Thank you and have a wonderful time. "

Property was nice. Wish things would have been repaired and cleaned better before we got there. The host took awhile to communicate with us and seemed to be irritated at our questions and concerns. We lost power for over 6 hours the first day and he seemed unconcerned. Thankfully it came back on and we did enjoy the rest of our stay.

This is a very comfortable home in a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our stay. We were unable to get out into the lake due to extremely windy week but was able to fish in the canal and caught and released several large mouth Bass.
