*NO dogs over 20 pounds and ONE dog only. NO more than 2 guests with ONE car.*
LOCATION!! Just steps to beach access #7 and a block from Siesta Village. CUTE one story "fishing cottage" takes you back to "the old Key" with a private Key West style courtyard with swing and small pond. Inside, you'll find original pickled cypress walls and heart pine floors, but modern amenities; HDTV, Keurig, Nespresso & conventional coffee pots, in unit washer/dryer, wifi & printer, mini split HVAC, updated zero entry bath & totally new kitchen. Walk to the Village restaurants and shops or just cross the street to the number one beach in the U.S. with powder white sand. One large bedroom with queen bed.
One week minimum rental in peak season, 5 days off season.
Ideal for one person or 2 people MAX (no additional overnight guests please). ONE pocket-book sized dog considered (under 20 pounds). NO Cats, NO smoking indoors.

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to get away and celebrate our anniversary! The bungalow was super clean and charming and had everything we needed for a memorable beach trip. We enjoyed the bicycles and took advantage of the beach chairs, umbrella, beach bag, towels, and coolers. We relaxed in the quaint backyard after walks on the beach. The location was a short distance from the beach and the village. We walked and rode bikes to both places. The owners were super nice and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!!

This amazing cottage has everything you need and more. The location is just across the street from the beautiful beach and a short walk to Siesta Key Village to the restaurants. The bikes were a bonus and they also provided beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The patio at night with the pond and lights were a perfect way to end the day.

We had such a great weeklong stay here and would definitely come back! The location was perfect for us as a couple...super convenient to everything. We could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, which made the whole trip feel really relaxed and easy. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the week. The back patio area was perfect & very private with swing & hammock. Having access to the bikes made getting around even more fun and exploring the area a breeze. Overall, just a really easy, enjoyable stay in a great spot!
