*NO dogs over 20 pounds and ONE dog only. NO more than 2 guests with ONE car.*
LOCATION!! Just steps to beach access #7 and a block from Siesta Village. CUTE one story "fishing cottage" takes you back to "the old Key" with a private Key West style courtyard with swing and small pond. Inside, you'll find original pickled cypress walls and heart pine floors, but modern amenities; HDTV, Keurig, Nespresso & conventional coffee pots, in unit washer/dryer, wifi & printer, mini split HVAC, updated zero entry bath & totally new kitchen. Walk to the Village restaurants and shops or just cross the street to the number one beach in the U.S. with powder white sand. One large bedroom with queen bed.
One week minimum rental in peak season, 5 days off season.
Ideal for one person or 2 people MAX (no additional overnight guests please). ONE pocket-book sized dog considered (under 20 pounds). NO Cats, NO smoking indoors.
This is our very special getaway that we treat with love and care, and we are super protective.

My wife and I had a wonderful Christmas week staying in this beautiful cottage! The space was nicely updated cozy and comfy but still with the cottage feel! Very inviting and quaint outdoor space with a nice outdoor shower. We loved having the bikes, beach chairs and towels!Kitchen was well stocked with extras in all cubbies! Location was perfect for beach access and as was stated, a very short walk to the Village shops, restaurants, and bars! We can't wait to come back!

Our host was very attentive. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed!! The house is in the perfect location to the beach as well as Siesta Village!

We (husband + small dog) recently stayed here for 2 weeks. The cottage was PERFECT and exceeded all our expectations. 1) Location - 2 block walk to town for access to restaurants, shops, and Morton's Supermarket. Beach access #7 - directly across the street.2) Accommodations - the cottage was the perfect size for 2 people + small dog. Large open living space with TV; dining area with plenty of sun; kitchen had everything we needed; bathroom with rain shower. There is a fenced in backyard with hammock; swing; and small table with chairs. I was able to work while still being able to enjoy being outside.3) Amenities - the cottage had everything we needed - WIFI; printer; kitchen stocked; microwave. There is a washer/dryer and laundry room on premises (for larger loads). Beach chairs and bicycles were provided as well. The cottage was immaculate/clean/spotless!4) Check in/out process - very easy. 5) Communication - the owners were responsive.We plan on staying here the next time we visit Siesta Key!
