All-New, Walk to Beach & Village, Private and Cozy

It was beautifully appointed pristine with many small thoughtful perks like spices and salt and pepper the great coffee machine soap in the bathroom.

My only complaint would be the slippery sheets . They did not stay on the mattress well.

The location was perfect. Distance to the beach was a very short walk and the same for the walk to Siesta Village. The apartment was clean, fresh, and bright. The bed linens were clean and fresh too. There was plenty of dishware/utensils/pots and pans for cooking. Also, a terrific Ninja coffee maker/toaster/microwave and a large refrigerator. The stove is apartment sized but fully operational. There are two televisions, and they have cable/Fire Sticks for guests to use.

I don't want to complain because it really was a nice little place to stay, BUT there were not enough places to hang beach towels/bathing suits after swimming. There is no outside shower, but there is a hose to rinse things and then you will have to bring your wet stuff to the back of the apartment where you can bring it into a little alcove/nook area (again, no adequate areas to hang wet things. There were only two beach towels, so we did need to reuse them, but they were damp. We stayed three nights and probably should have had another set. There is a laundry facility, but no detergent is provided. However, dish soap is provided. There were two mini bars of soap and two mini shampoos. Bring your own toiletries no matter what. Toilet paper 🧻 two rolls provided, but they are small, and the paper is very thin and cheap. The same can be said for the paper towels. In the bedroom, there is no place to sit. A chair is always a good thing to have and there are no coolers to use for the beach but there are chairs. No grill and no outside chairs to sit in if you want to have coffee or just enjoy a nice seat outside. All in all, it's a nice little spot, and everything I've complained about can be taken care of easily.
