About this house rental
Our beach house located on the gulf side of Beach Road is directly on Crescent Beach with gulf views on 3 levels. It is a spacious 1,800 sq. ft. and newly remodeled kitchen, plus 3 1/2 baths and a 1 car garage. Each bedroom is en suite with private, newly remodeled full baths. The master suite has a very large bath with two skylights. It has the most spectacular views right from the king size bed. There is also a deck off the master bedroom with chairs, a great spot for your morning coffee.
There are gulf views from the moment you open the front door. Enjoy entertaining or just relaxing on the main deck watching the sunset on the Gulf of Mexico.

What a wonderful place to stay. Perfect location with beach outback. Nice and quiet small complex. Nicely done updates to condo. Owners where the absolute best, great to work with friendly. We will return.

We spent February and March at this beach house. The location was perfect - next to the best beach in the US and also an easy walk to Siesta Key Village. The two decks are large and provided the opportunity to choose either sun or shade. It was great to sit out in the evenings and eat dinner by candlelight while listening to the waves hit the shore.
Everything was as advertised - lots of room, three large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, lots of pots/pans/utensils/glasses/plates in the kitchen and even a good gas BBQ!
Carole (the owner) was great to deal with and immediately addressed any questions and a couple of very minor issues that came up during our stay. The place was clean and well maintained. Even the neighbours at Tiffany Sands, who all live there full time, made us feel very welcome.
We'll be back again next year!
