About this cottage rental
The Siesta Key Beach Cottage is located right on Beach Rd directly across the street from the #1 Beach in the USA. Walk out the front door and walk across the street to beach access #7 and you are on the white powder Beach of Siesta Key.
If you're looking for some lunch after a day at the beach, go out the front door of The Siesta Key Beach Cottage and stroll around the corner up to the Village. There you will find any type of food you can imagine. If the sun has made you thirsty there are plenty of options to grab your favorite cocktail while listening to live music while sitting outside.
Take the beach cruiser bikes provided at the Beach Cottage and bike down to the north end of the beach. There you will reach an old concrete pier you can walk out on and watch sunset. Beach Cruisers are the best way to get around. Park the car and throw away the keys. Walk or bike around the Key........leave the car at the Beach Cottage!!!!
Cottage Remodeled in 2026-Brand New Inside: The Siesta Key Beach Cottage has been completely remodeled in 2026. Everything inside in brand new.....everything. The outside has been repainted. The back pavered deck is enclosed by a wood fence and has been refurbished and repainted. Inside has been white-washed painted. New flooring throughout. All kitchen appliances are new. Quartz countertop is new. Bathroom has new floor. The walls and ceiling are new cypress throughout the cottage. New King bed and mattress. All furniture is new. Flat screen smart TV's are new. This Beach Cottage is basically brand new but the nautical decor and design has conserved that beachy laid back feeling to it.
This is not a condo........it is a Beach Cottage!!!!!

This property is exceptionally well located, accreoss the street from the beach and a short walk to the Village.
The Cottage is fully stocked and the Owner has provided everything needed for a great beach vacation.
Dave is very responsive and gracious. This is a wonderful simple rental.

This was our second time staying at the cottage and we’re already planning our next trip. My mom & brother stayed in other cottages in Siesta Shores that weren’t nearly as well stocked. Everything you need to there and you’re a quick 5 min walk to the beach or to the village! Dave has always been great about communication. We will be back!

This very well-done cottage is perfect for a couple looking for a romantic hideaway. The owners did a great job renovating and decorating the property. It is quite yet accessible, and we never heard noise from the guests in the other cottages, even when enjoying the fenced in courtyard. Beach access and the trolly stop is across the street and Siesta Key Village is less than 4 blocks away. It would be great if the unit had a king size bed (I’m 6’ 5” / 225 lbs.) and preparing meals (we ate breakfast here each day) using the small two burner cooktop and convection microwave can be challenging. Otherwise, the owners provide plenty of consumables, use of great beach chairs and an umbrella, and beach cruiser bicycles great for getting around the Key. We look forward to a return visit to the Cottage on Beach Road in the very near future. Dave, thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven!

My husband and I feel so lucky to have spent our 4th of July vacation at this cottage. It is so beautiful inside and so very comfortable. There isn’t a single thing we could have wanted. The location, across the street from beach access and also a quick walk to the Village, is the reason we chose it. We plan to rebook for next year.
