Pretty much what it says in the listing. The unit is very close to the beach and the town so it was easy to walk everywhere. It’s a bit on the old side but everything worked fine, it was very clean, the mattresses are quite comfortable, appliances updated so no complaints.The one slightly odd thing was that the owner’s car was parked occupying one of the parking spots the entire time. But, it really didn’t matter because the street right in front always had plenty of spots so no big deal.The property management company was very responsive the couple of times we needed something.Overall, I recommend it and we’d definitely consider staying here next time we are in Siesta Key.

A friend and I booked this trip last minute and couldn’t be happier! Booking, check-in, and communication was flawless. We even rented a golf cart from the company the recommended and it was waiting on us when we got there and they picked it up from the house when we left. Can’t wait to come back!
