The apartment is cozy and equipped with extensive inventory. It has a bedroom with double bed (1,80m x 2,00m) and a living room with comfortable sofa set and ottoman with sleeping function (with topper, for up to 2 people). LAN cable or Wi-Fi is available. Together with a separate kitchen (with fitted kitchen) and dining table set, hallway, and bathroom (underfloor heating and towel radiator) with shower / toilet, the apartment has a living area of approximately 49sqm. This includes a terrace (with garden furniture) in the size of 3mtr x 3.40mtr. Hall and living room have laminate flooring. The kitchen has cork floor. The bedroom has carpeted floors. Due to the construction and furnishing materials used, the apartment is suitable Allergiker. For this reason, unfortunately, pets can not be taken. Due to lack of space there is unfortunately no cot and no high chair and also due to an existing garden pond, the apartment is rather not suitable for toddlers. The apartment is non-smoking. On the terrace but can be smoked. Smoke detectors are installed in the hall, living room and bedroom.
The house with holiday apartment was built in 1999 with solid wood logs and is located in a quiet location in a Spielstraße (passage at walking tempo!) In front of the entrance area is the parking space on the property. In the shed there is a garaging for bicycles.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in Emden verbracht.
Die Ferienwohnung ist unbeschreiblich. Sehr schön und
alles vorhanden (wie zu Hause). Die Nähe zur Nordsee
haben wir auch sehr genossen. Kommen gerne wieder

Sehr nette Vermieter ! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und hatte trotzdem das Gefühl für uns zu sein. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht für die ersten Tage und wir konnten sogar bereits um 6 Uhr morgens ins Haus nach einer langen Nachtfahrt !
