Möwenhaus

Die Lage ist top. Das Haus ist mit Geschmack und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Ein toller Wintergarten und auch die Terasse lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Die Gartenmöbel müssten mal ausgetauscht werden, der Tisch (Sitztheke) im Wintergarten ist leicht instabil, zwei kleine Tische im Haus benötigen mal eine Reperatur.

The heat had made the key box and the door not working or opening properly. Rang the owner and somebody turned up within 10 minutes to help us. He was polite and helpful. The flat itself (bedroom/kitchen and bathroom) was tiny but immaculate. The sunroom and the outside seating area by the canal roomy and shaded in the early and late evening. The flat had everything you could wish for (incl. washing machine and coffee maker!) and the location was near the town centre (close by the art museum). Emden was charming with lots of cafés, restaurants and a town centre (pedestrian) with an old-fashioned harbour.

Minor; the bed, although comfortable, was in the corner with three sides next to a wall. Not easy to put it anywhere different though.

Lage Innenstadt jedoch sehr ruhig. Eigener geschützter Parkplatz. Hund war dabei - alles ok. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, sehr übersichtlich. Küchenzeile vollständig eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde und das ansprechend in guter Qualität. Eigene ruhige Terrasse mit eigenen Wintergarten.

Für unsere Bedürfnisse und Zweck der Reise war alles bestens.

Schöner heller Wintergarten. Weder beim Ein- noch Auschecken funktionierte der funkbetriebene Schlüsselkasten. Alles leider nicht selbsterklärend.

Klammes feuchtes Bett! Unangenehm.
