Расположение объекта в тихом доме, наличие мест для парковки, недалеко заправка, мойка машин и разнообразные магазины. Квартира большая, достаточно места для отдыха. Кухня укомплектована всем необходимым. Квартира расположена на последнем третьем этаже , но лестница удобная. Хозяин квартиры приехал лично на передачу ключей, помог занести чемоданы в квартиру, все объяснил и показал.
