About this apartment rental
Our completely remodeled Beaver Village condo is new to the rental market. It is a quiet 3rd floor end unit with 20 foot vaulted ceilings, skylights and all new double pane windows and doors. We have added a picture window to the east that gives our dining and living room additional light and views that over look the forest. In addition to the forest views we have views of the Winter Park ski runs from our balcony, living room and master bedroom. You will enjoy grilling and cocktails from our balcony with amazing views of the forest and ski runs. The Beaver Village private shuttle stops right outside our unit making transportation to the ski area a breeze. (Not to mention it is free).
Our unit was recently remodeled top to bottom with all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and new maple cabinets. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare all of your meals at home. Our condo has hard wood floors, slate and brand new carpet.
Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. Everything is new including the tub, shower and even the toilets. The floors have radiant heating as well.
Our condo has been beautifully decorated with log furniture and maintains a mountain theme throughout.
It has a queen bed in the master bedroom with two very large dressers. the guest bedroom has 2 full bunk beds (sleeps 6) a night stand and one large dresser. There is also a pullout couch (queen) in the living room for an additional sleeping area.
Other Amenities:
There are three flat screen TV/DVD players. One in each bedroom and one in the living room.
Free High-Speed Wireless Internet available in the condo!

Full size Weber gas grill on the deck.
Mini wine fridge in kitchen.

No Smoking and No Pets (Per our HOA) This is strictly enforced.
Amenities: The Beaver Village clubhouse is a short walk from our condominium and features a fireplace lounge, meeting room, indoor pool, three hot tubs, sauna with full locker facilities. Laundry facilities are located in the club house.
Free wireless high speed internet is available in our unit, so bring your laptop.
Cell phone service is excellent; the land line is no longer operable.

Perfect vacation for our family....husband, daughter and grandchildren. Had a super time and the condo was fantastic. Beautiful views...private and quiet. Didn't plan on a blizzard but loved it with the fireplace and sled riding. Only negative is only flannel sheets which make me too hot and don't like the feel. Was never cold though!! Due to the blizzard the owner was very accomadating with allowing us to stay another night so the roads were passible and safe. Loved it here!!

The condo was perfect for my family. Love the HOA bus that shuttles you to and from Winter Park. The view was beautiful. The amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and fit our needs. The TV setup was a little dated than again, we weren't here to watch TV. Had a wonderful time. Thank you

Condo was close to skiing/downtown and had everything we needed. The village bus that brings you to WP ski area was very convenient. Would highly recommend this condo ⛷
