Large holiday home with idyllic lake view and sauna

If you want to spend your holiday right on the lake in a quiet location, then in this holiday home a holiday dream come true. The house with its own rowing boat is located in the first row on Jabeler See. The unpaved road, where the house is located, is a dead end and therefore very quiet. The own boat dock is only approx. 200 m far away.
Leave the car and stroll in Jabel to several restaurants, the harbor, the cafe ... Bicycle rental, canoe and boat rentals, playground and beach - all in the immediate vicinity.
Only a few kilometers away from the well-known health resort Waren (Müritz) lies the small village directly on the Jabelschen lake in the middle of the Mecklenburger Seenplatte. The special thing about Jabel is the idyllic location on the lake. Around Jabel you will find very well-developed cycling and hiking trails.
The house is cozy and modern. From the terrace with garden furniture and electric awnings one enjoys an unobstructed lake view. A lawn in front of the terrace can be used as a lawn. A barbecue and another seating area in the back of the property allow cozy evenings with family or friends. The property is completely fenced. Explore the world from the water with your own rowing boat that can be used free of charge by holidaymakers.

+ schönes Haus direkt am See mit allem, was man benötigt; sehr ruhige Lage; direkt am Wald; eingezäuntes Grundstück ideal für Hunde!
- kein direkter Seezugang; wenig Gastronomie in erlaufbarer Umgebung; sehr steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss; kein Bäcker in der Umgebung und im Ort

Alles was das Herz begehrt,
Spielplätze für die Kleinsten, ausreichend Räumlichkeiten, eine Sauna und ein Boot zum Haus. Der Wald ist direkt über den hinteren Garten zu begehen. Wer sich in der Natur wohl fühlt, ist hier genau richtig!
