Ty Arthur (‘Arthur's House') is a lovely ground floor apartment set within the Llys Llewelyn complex of traditional stone cottages, built on the historical grounds of Prince Llywelyn's court. This spacious one-bedroom apartment combines period charm with modern comforts for a cosy and relaxing stay.
The front door opens into a welcoming open-plan living area that is bright and airy featuring windows and patio doors that lead out to a small courtyard garden. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, armchair, and flat-screen TV. There is also a dining table with chairs to seat four, and a well-equipped kitchenette, ideal for preparing meals. The large bedroom features a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room, and double-aspect windows that let in plenty of natural light, showcasing the beautiful rural views.
Guests of Ty Arthur can enjoy various onsite amenities, including ample parking space, and a popular bar and kitchen serving afternoon tea, traditional home-cooked dishes, and a selection of cakes and scones (closed in off-peak season and open Wednesday to Sunday during peak season). Staying in late November but not disappointed good weather most of the week but also a very comfortable apartment to come back to. Plenty of space and well equipped for the week’s visit. The location is good to explore the island but there are plenty of local walks as well. I will certainly look at visiting again and not being a dog owner I wouldn’t have known there had been any in the property during the year.

Lovely little 'cottage apartment'. Fully equipped and of a good standard and in a good position. . Quite late check in time,especially in winter months with no possibility of an earlier entry given
Would have liked a couple more coat hangers and possibly a mat that we could have used to extend the space we had to maneuver a dog with wet paws before reaching the pale carpet.
We very much enjoyed our stay and would return.

This was our second time here and we were very happy with the accommodation. Unfortunately when we went to book it for next year the price had increased dramatically from £283 to £430 for the same week. We haven’t rebooked because of this. If you can afford it I would recommend the property.
