Prepare to be impressed. Designer log home ideally located 75 miles from the Twin Cities on about 3 acres of immensely beautiful, west facing land and fully recreational Upper Turtle Lake.
Creature comforts are omnipresent including heated floors, Jacuzzi tub, infrared sauna, Floe dock (seasonal), quartz counters, over-sized two story field stone fireplace, fire pits, game room, sports court, two decks, front load washer/dryer and a large chef's kitchen with Heartland appliances.
This is it, the place you have been looking for! The spacious cabin is ideally suited for family reunions, work/church retreats, girl's weekends, birthday celebrations, large groups, those who seek a connection with nature, and those who seek a recharge from the stress of everyday life.
It is said we travel for vacation not to escape life, but for life not to escape us. Join us for a stay and make lasting memories as options at this cabin abound.
This cabin boasts brilliant year-round functionality, even when the weather does not cooperate. Activities vary by season but include cannon balls off the 40' dock, use of our paddle boards, fishing (public boat launch available), kayaking, ice skating, ice fishing, ATV/Snowmobile trails, shooting hoops on our sports court or just leisurely taking in the day on a hammock or telling stories around the fire pit at night. The property is West facing and the sunsets are glorious. Nature lovers adore our property as they enjoy bald eagles, humming birds, deer and an overly friendly otter family that lives by our dock.
Rain/Cold? No problem! Enjoy the use of our game room with a pro-level ping pong table, foosball, bumper pool, or darts. Fiber internet and Wi-Fi will give you and your guests access to thousands of movies on our flat screen TVs. For the gamers out there, the home includes a Nintendo Wii, an Atari gaming system and for the classic gamers board games and puzzles are provided. Alternatively, warm up in our two person infrared sauna or HUGE master bedroom shower designed for two or maybe make a fire in our two-story field stone fireplace.
Should cabin fever set-in, unleash it at the St. Croix Casino (5 miles from cabin). Be sure to visit the casino's calendar for the latest music acts and promotions. Wineries, cheese shops, bowling, restaurants, antique shops and a host of other activities are available within close proximity of the cabin.

This was an enjoyable place to stay for the week. The kids ages 10-13 had fun fishing and swimming from the dock every day. It is nice to have the inflatable raft, paddleboards, kayak, and fire pit.

This property fit our family of 14 perfectly. We loved the quietness of the home and the close proximity to the cities. A couple things we did notice is that the kitchen screens have holes and need to be repaired and the basement beds are not very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it again.

From the check in to check out it was seamless. There is plenty of room for a crowd, and having all the bathrooms was great. Plus the view, eagles, dragonflies, loons, deer, lake breezes and fireflies add up to be fantastic. We wished we could have stayed longer.
