Welcome to our stunning 5-bedroom home on private Little Round Lake, set on 100 acres of peaceful Wisconsin countryside with the Apple River running through it. The 1 mile driveway through the woods leads to the secluded property perfect for large groups and families. This spacious retreat offers the tranquility of nature while being just minutes from Turtle Lake—ideal for kayaking, swimming, fishing, and outdoor adventures.
This home is an ideal getaway for those seeking a fun and relaxing vacation. One of the highlights of our home is the large garage that features a pool table, ping pong table, poker table, Nintendo gaming system, and bubble hockey.
For those who love the outdoors, our home also boasts a large firepit by the lake. Little Round Lake is 80 acres and is very private. We offer two kayaks, paddle boat and a row boat so you can explore the lake! Swimming off the dock is an additional bonus. Please note that there is no beach area or a good area to walk into the lake from the shoreline. You can also take advantage of several miles of trails through the property, one of them following the Apple River - it's truly stunning and completely private! There is an outdoor shower where you can rinse off after enjoying the lake.
Relax on the wrap around deck, which has full sun all day with a lovely breeze coming off the lake. There is a retractable canopy that provides shade on hot afternoon days. Morning coffee on the deck allows for the best bird watching! Enjoy watching a wide variety of birds, including swans, hawks and bald eagles that nest along the lake.
Upstairs offers two large bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Main level offers two bedrooms, one full and one half bathroom, large kitchen, coffee bar and a great room.
Lower level offers a tv room with a large sectional sofa, a large bar with seating for 10, seating for 4 in front of large fireplace, one large bedroom and one full bathroom.
