Fantastic hotel with great staff. This is our second time to stay at this hotel location & we were happy to come back. Love the Onsen facility & free drinks & night meal. Superior room was a good size with separate toilet & bathroom. Very helpful & friendly staff that are there to serve & please.

Very modern & comfortable hotel with a very tranquil Onsen area separated men & women. Free tea & coffee, ice cream and Ramen at nights. Rooms are good but small for the standard size. Friendly & helpful staff. Happy one night stay.
No early free check in. A 1 km walk from JR station, not bad.

The rooftop onsen, good breakfast and no queue to get in (at least while I was there) and its location for the Kizuna Festival.
