Maybe we stayed for 3 nights in a twin room, The hotel gave us a spacious corner room. Our luggages are lay flat all the time which is quite rare in Japan.
Breakfast is very nice, I recommend you try the yogurt (thicker side with very mild sour taste)
If you are driving, temporarily park your car in front of the hotel and check with the receptionist whether their designated parking lot is still available. It costs 900 900yen per day which the lot will be temporarily bound to you. You may come in and out anytime you want.
Opposite, there are two Konbini and a local specialty shop.

Short walk to cool food/drink area of Morioka. Convenient parking (900yen per day). Friendly and helpful staff.
Some rooms feel a bit small, but price is still very good value.

It was clean and very conveniently located for restaurants and a short walk to the main shopping strip.
The air con controls were hard to operate.
