The hotel is a bit old, but it is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. One minor downside was the smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor leading to the rooms, which was a little unpleasant. What really stood out to me was the excellent service. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their hospitality made my stay much more enjoyable. I also appreciated the free bicycle rental, which was a great way to explore the city. Although the hotel is a little far from Morioka Station, it is still within walking distance. The room was surprisingly spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well with easy temperature control from inside the room. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Morioka in the future.

Old hotel from last century. Fantastic location. 1500¥ to park in their 10lots car park. Park privately will be cheaper. Old school decor with free coffee in the lobby. Clean and tidy smoke free room.
